HOLI

         Holi is the color's festival.Which makes everyone to join to player together.Everyone dreams to celebrate this festival. Holi is mostly celebrated in India and Nepal.
        ​Holi is celebrated on "Phalgun Purnima" in the month of Phalgun according to the Hindu calendar.Now in 2017 is going to celebrate on 13 th March that is on Monday.
        The name holi is originated from "Holika" the sister of the King Hiranyakashipu and also the aunt of Prahladha who is the great devote of lord Vishnu.As prahladha was a great devote of lord Vishnu,but his father did not like it.On one day the king Hiranyakashipu asked his sister who was insusceptible to fire,to sit on fire with prahladha on her lap.They wanted to burn the prahladha.The prahladha was started declaim the name Lord Vishnu,he was safe by the god grace but the Holika were burnt in the fire.On remembering of her in some states in India,a pyre in the form of bonfire is lighten before the holiday.
     But everyone celebrate with colors because the date back to the Lord Krishna.Everyone believes that Lord Krishna used to play with colors and same as continued to celebrate with colors.
