Stretching is important to the body why because nowadays many of the people are sitting in front of the systems and working out there work.Due to continues work, the muscles are getting strain.This produces lactic acid that is responsible for the soreness which you feel when you workout continues work.
          So to relax the muscles, stretching should be done.In this busy life spent at least a half hour to do Stretching process like Yoga.So to get relax you have to do daily the yoga.
