             Olympics is an international sports event, which is held in summer and winter sports competitions in which thousands of sport persons participate overall from the world in different games.The Olympic games are held for every four years, in summer and winter alternatively they have held for two years apart.Some games are to be conducted in winter so they are held once in four years and summer games are also held once in four years but are in alternatively.
             The International Olympic Committee(IOC) was founded in the year 1894 by Baron Pierre de Coubertin which was inspired by ancient Olympic Games which was held in Olympia, Greece from 18th century BC to the 4th century AD.The IOC is the administering body to the Olympic Movement, with Olympic Charter defining its authority and structure.
             The progression of the Olympic Movement during the 20 and 21st centuries has resulted in several changes to Olympic games.Some adjustments are made for the participates, new creations are founded for Winter Olympic Games for ice and winter sports, Paralympic Games for sportspersons with disabilities and Youth Olympic Games for teenagers.
             The Olympic Movement consists of International Sports Federations and National Olympic Committees and Organizing Committees for each specific Olympic game.The IOC is the decision making the body for the Olympic Games were the Programmes has to be Conducted for each game and funds the games according to the Olympic Charter.
            

The Olympic games had different Olympic rituals and symbols.They are an Olympic flag, torch and also opening and closing ceremonies.Overall throughout the world 13,000 sportspeople participate in summer and winter Olympic games in 33 different games, nearly 400 events.The participates in the game who wins are given three places they are for the First place winner is Honored with "Gold Medal", Second place winner is honored with "Silver Medal" and third place winner is honored with "Bronze Medal".
           The Oxford Olympics study 2016 found that the amount spent to conduct the summer Olympic game since 1960 is USD 5.2 Billion.This does not include wider infrastructure costs like roads, urban rails, and airports.The most expensive summer game is London 2012 at USD 15 billion and Winter expensive game Sochi 2014 at USD 21.9 billion.
          The budget which was estimated has overrun since 1960 is 156% in real term, which has exceeded over 2.56times higher than estimation.
