​How to get rid from liver problems

The liver is the largest internal organ of the body which has the responsibility for hundreds of chemical actions, that the body needs to survive.The liver is not only an organ of the body it is also gland of the body, the duty of gland is to hide and release chemicals used by other parts of the body.The liver acts as the storage unit.​

​                  The liver has multiple actions.The liver cell is otherwise called as Hepatocytes, produces proteins in the body that are required for blood clotting factors and for many functions, and required to maintain fluid within the circulation system.The liver is responsible for the production of Cholesterol.Carbohydrates are also produced in the liver and the organ is responsible for converting glucose to glycogen and are stored in the liver as well as in muscle cell.
SYMPTOMS: Pain in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, vomiting, jaundice's, tendency to bleed excessively, weakness, fatigue, weight loss, shortness of breath.
 PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN TO GET RID Of LIVER PROBLEMS
 1.Avoid drinking of alcohol/black drinks/cool drinks and also smoking.
 2.Take fresh apples it removes toxins from the body.
 3.Drink purified water.
 4.Take green tea three to four (3-4)times daily.
 5.Regular exercise must be done for at least ten to twenty (10-20)minutes.
 6.Take spinach and carrot both ingredients juice of one glass daily.
 7.Take two(2)tablespoon of lemon juice and four(4)tablespoon of papaya juice in a glass and have it daily for three to four(3-4)weeks to cure of complete liver problems.
 8.Take the half tablespoon of turmeric in milk and also add honey to it and drink.
 9.If you can eat raw Indian gooseberry(amla) you can otherwise grand them and eat with curd and salt.
10.Take avocados and walnuts in your diet to protect your liver.​
