Horse Racing

​                       Horse Racing is an riding performance sport,normally two or more horses ridden by jockeys or driven over a set distance for compitition.Horse racing is one of the ancient sport and some of the countries they made this racing as traditional in olden days.Variations include some rules to particular breeds,running over obstacles,running over different distance,running on different track surface and running in different gaits.
                       Some of the horses are trained for racing only and economic importance lies in the gambling associated with it an activity that in 2008 generated a worldwide market worth of US$ 115 Billion. 
           TYPES OF HORSE RACINGS:
  • Flat Racing:Horse travel directly between two points around straight line.
  • Jump Racing:Races over stumbling block.
  • Harness Racing:Horses stride while pulling a driver in a sullen.
  • Endurance Racing:Travels over long miles,nearly 25-100miles(40-161 Km).
