Better to spend time in nature to attain good health
​In today’s wondrous world not only the youth but people of all ages are giving priority to their outer beauty and ignoring the inner health which is leading to infirmity and weakness in one’s body. Often due to lack of knowledge and inexperienced people tend to opt for such products which not only tear down the outer skin but also smash their internal muscles and tissues. 
Maintaining the glamorous lifestyle is part of life but looking after your inner health is part of life which should be given equal importance. There are some unhealthy activities commonly found in every second person which incline them towards poor health. 
To get the blooming immune system and bouncing body one should ditch these activities from daily life

MENTAL STRAIN: working for extra hours can exhaust your brain. Concentrating and focusing on a particular task can flush out your brain glucose .straining your mind can weaken your spinal cord it takes thirty minutes for older people fifteen minutes for youngsters to recover from mental strain. Chewing a bar of chocolate with a gap of few hour s can raise your brain glucose level and keeps your brain fit.

DEHYDRATION: Basically dehydration is the condition when you lose fluids and water from your body .it merely affects your immune system and dries out the internal organs. Consumption of juices and beneficial drinks can lower down the rate of dehydration in your body and will help the internal organs to work effectively and function properly.
