Who is Vaimalama Chaves? Miss France 2019, Miss Tahiti 2018, Model

Vaimalama Chaves, 24 years old won Miss France 2019 & Miss Tahiti 2018. After 20 years, Miss Tahiti won Miss France Title in 2019. Chaves will become the fourth model of Tahitian to receive Miss France 2019 and gonna appear in Miss Universe 2019, Miss World 2019. She was born on December 3, 1994. 

​Chaves is of Mixed races as birth took place in French Polynesia, her maternal Grand Father origin of Wallis and Her Paternal grandparents are from sources of Portuguese and Irish. Vaimalama Chaves is a métis with different backgrounds Polynesian of Tahiti but also of Wallis (so her name Vaimalama means Clearwater), Portuguese (Her last name: Chaves) and 
Irish (which could explain the color of Vaimalama Chaves).
      Vaimalama did her education a university course after obtaining a Baccalaureate Technological Communication, followed by a BTS of Negotiation and Customer Relationship before a Bachelor of Law Economics and Management mention International Trade, and finally a Master of Marketing Specialty Management.

​She has 4 siblings. She is 2nd elder daughter in her family. During her Teenage, As Chaves is obese the people surrounded by her used to bully her.
She started her career in by participating in Miss Tahiti 2018, she won the competition on June 23, 2018. later she selected to Miss France 2019, she won Miss France 2019 was crowned by Miss France 2018- Maeve Coucke
