Eat with your mind is nothing but what ever the food we are taking should be taken in good eating habit.Many of the people think in mind to maintain the good diet in their food, but they won't maintain it.We have all heard that about the lack of will power to continue with a good diet.
             Due to lack of will power they are unable to maintain a proper diet.Many people they had a feeling that, when they take some food items like salads, they are not enough to them.
              When feeling like that, the body produces a "Ghrelin" hormone, which helps our body not to feel the food is not enough.
              When you maintain the proper diet, by taking fresh food items, by yourself can notice that how healthy your body is and your that your body is active.So no one fixes mentally anything in mind, first, we have to take those feeling then you can succeed.
