7th Pay Commission

                  Pay Commission was set up by Government of India why because to set the changes in salaries of employees.Since india's independence seven pay commissions have been originated on regular basis to review  and make recomandations on work and pay fabric of all civil and military divisions of Govt.of india.
                 The headquarters in Delhi has given 18 months time from the date of it's constitution to make its recommendation of pay commission.Here,are seven pay commissions which government of india has originated. 
                  The Government of India has started the program to constitute the seventh(7th) Central Pay Commission with the finalization of its terms of reference,the composition and possible timeframe for submission of its report.Finance Minister P.Chidambaram on september 25th 2013,announced that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has approved the consititution of 7th pay commission.
                    On Feb 14 2014, announced that Justice A.K.Mathur will be heading the seventh pay commission.On 29th June 2016 the Government accepted the recommendation of 7th pay commission report and increased the 14% after six months of intensive evalution to pass the rule.
                    The Finance Minister has announced the increment of salaries of seventh pay commission.The increment of employees will be based on sixth pay commission.According to six pay commission the intensives are increased to 14% in Seventh pay commission.
